All
bodywork techniques share certain “skills” necessary
in order for those techniques to be effective. Whether one is practicing
a deep tissue method or
a subtle method, the skills needed to be competent in both are the
same.
The focus
of this three-section course is on developing and practicing the
skills necessary to be proficient as a hands-on bodyworker.
Students will exchange sessions in class and have opportunities
to receive feedback
from peers as well as instructors.
In Releasing
Trauma,
students will have an opportunity to understand the
nature of trauma, as well as how to find and release trauma stored
in the muscle tissue. |
