| Description: |
This
class is designed to explore a deeply therapeutic bodywork style
that blends traditional muscle
sculpting techniques with Trigger Point work, rocking, and various
joint movement therapies. Learning to use elbows, fists, and various
hand techniques are covered as well as practical anatomy and lots
of hands on time. The focus of this class will be on the Torso. |
