Sports Massage Class Schedule
Description: One does not need to be a professional athlete to benefit from sports massage. In fact, one does not need to be an athlete at all. The focus of sports massage is to free up any restriction of the soft tissues that are a result of repetitive use.
This course will provide the tools needed to safely and effectively work with common over use injuries seen in athletes and non athletes alike. The principles of pre & post-event massage, maintenance and rehabilitation techniques will be taught as well as the effects of strength training and endurance training on the body.

Cost: Class taken individually: $750
Class taken as part of a program: $650

There is a $5 materials fee for this class. Also, please bring massage sheets.
